GLOBETROTTING IRONHEADS

We're not quite sure if these respresent the five corners of the earth, but they might be close. In reverse order:

Neither James Herdy nor his IH cap required oxygen at the Everest Base Camp in Tibet.

Brett Fair holds the weight of Italian history in his own hand. Being a task he would not normally tackle alone, he chose to gain the extra strength from one of his countless IRONHEAD tees (any of them would have done the trick, really).

Mike Brodie and his brother are fearlessly hiking the, uh, the, ahem...set of the The Sound of Music (Mike swore he heard Julie Andrews in the hills).

Mike Wry poses with his wife to show off his IH tee. Some pesky pyramid thingies snuck in and almost spoiled the shot.

Is that Frank Sinatra or Alycia Keys singing in NYC? The handiwork of Tom Leech set up this shot showcasing IRONHEAD in The Big Apple. Nice.

Thanks, everyone!

Within Minutes...

The door wasn't even unlocked before our first Ironhead Toronto customer came a-knockin' on opening day. Brad Furtney, a Sympatico exec, swears his IH gear is much better than the less-than-ideal-picture quality of himself in an Ironhead sandwich (IH Toronto Manager Melissa on left frames Brad with Ironhead Retail Prez Danny Regan).

Ironhead Toronto - A Love Story

Well, we're proud to report that our second store opened June 22 on Queen Street in Toronto. After months of debating about the merits of steel studding versus wood, the duststorm has now abated. And pics like these quickly remind us of the reasons we did it: This IH-loving actor couple (although they're not acting in these pics; they really did love their new threads!) rolled up to our destination storefront in its infancy, and that just works for us, ya know? Thanks for making it all worthwhile, guys!

Mickey, Scotty, and Arturo

Every day feels like St. Patrick's Day when we look at this shot. Yep, that's boxing legend Irish Mickey Ward alongside Ironhead faithful Scotty Corobotiuc (deltoid-flexing his Ironhead-inspired Arturo Gatti ink). Scotty considered it an honour and privilege to meet the man back in March of this year. We would, too!

Lou Takes Two

The two latest contestants in the "I Can Outmuscle Lou Ferrigno With My Extreme Cuteness Contest" are a curiously familiar retail proprietor and the obvious winner (and kids' Ironhead Garage Shirt model extraordinaire), Li'l Beaming Bobby.

Three Mouseketeers?

Great things made of threes: triangles, strikeouts, ringed binders, shots from beyond the arc, relationships (?). Not sure what exact "three" classification this majestic trio falls into, but, uh, they're a good-looking group, especially the dude in the IH garb. Say hi to Todd, Jeremy, and Dean, everybody!

More of One Life: No Regrets

Here are a couple more stills from the set of One Life: No Regrets. That's Canadian music icon Paul Hyde (of Payolas/Rock & Hyde fame) saddling up with his guitar. In the other shot, co-producer Michael Collins, despite being such a great guy, looks hopelessly overshadowed by director/producer Patrick Stark's riveting red Ironhead ensemble. Mind you, we've been accused of being biased before...perspectives just a little skewed...

One Life: No Regrets

If ever there were a great idea, it would read and sound something like this: One Life: No Regrets. Filmmaker Patrick Stark's documented journey to perform with U2 is unlike any other. Check him/it out on YouTube or on his website (http://www.onelifenoregrets.ca/). And be sure to check him out here looking like a million bucks in his Ironhead tees, appropriately dressed alongside such music icons as Prism's Al Harlow and Jim Byrnes.

The Von Trapps

The Von Trapp family of The Sound of Music had nothing on this family. We count (hey, maybe we're optimistic) 36 Ironheads from 17 different generations, all comfortably fashionable in their IH gear. Rumour has it that while on vacation for a milestone family birthday, these Von Trapps turned down an offer to star in their own Broadway musical...
